We are a family business, it's also how we operate. We work together as a team family to meet the goals and needs of our fine builders.

Our people have been with us for many years, some even decades. Together as a unit we are successful and very proud to serve our building customers. A company is only as good as its people and it shows in all our work.

We take pride in what we do and how we accomplish it. We thank everyone for all they have done to make the Deck Shop a great place to work.

Our History.

We don't dwell on the past, we strive for the future!

  • 1992 - Alberta Deck Shop Ltd was established
  • 2004 - Second generation takes over the reigns
  • 2010 - New 5000 sq/ft of manufacturing and offices built. Old space converted to a 2500 sq/ft certified painting facility
  • 2011 - Computerized stair building and material processing equipment introduced to increase production capacity and efficiency.
  • 2020 - Awarded Canada's first Ultralox interlocking technology aluminium railing system dealership.

Our primary focus is to provide deck building and railing services to both new home builders and commercial builders in Edmonton and the surrounding area.
